We have a designated parking spot in the rear of the building with an entrance to the Studio in the rear as well.

If the parking spot is occupied, you can

1) hold back a few minutes and wait for someone to leave – shouldn’t be but a few minutes as our appointments are in fifteen/twenty/thirty-minute intervals.

2) You are welcome to park anywhere on Cohasset Street or use the parking lot behind Bank of America. They’re free! Make a day of it and explore the many wonderful shops Roslindale has to offer!

For cancellations and rescheduling, please do so online except for same-day appointments. For these, leave a message about the cancellation which we will cancel for you, and you may make a new appointment online at your convenience.

For last-minute/same-day cancellations, Urban Waxologist reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee as it would be difficult to replace that missed appointment. Though we understand that life happens, after multiple last-minute/same-day cancellations you will be charged for your last appointment and will be unable to schedule future appointments. Note: Multiple and consecutive reschedules are considered the same as cancellations and the same policies will apply.

No-Show Policy By booking this service, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value of the service should you miss your appointment without notification. After two no-shows you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
